Modartt has released an electroacoustic grand piano add-on: the CP-80.
The add-on provides two versions of the CP-80—the "CP-80 original," which sounds very similar to the original recorded instrument; and the "CP-80 restored," which provides the sound of the instrument as if it were restored with new strings and parts. Registered Pianoteq users can download the CP-80 add-on for free at www.pianoteq.com.
Modartt has also updated Pianoteq to version 2.2.1, which adds a "flat temperament" to the previous version's list of temperaments.
