FabFilter has released its new synthesizer plug-in, FabFilter Twin 2 (Mac/Win; $169).

The plug-in features three oscillators with sawtooth, square, triangle, sine, and pink/white noise wave forms, ring modulation, hard sync, pulse width, phase sync, stereo panning, and polyphonic portamento. It also includes the following: 2 independent multimode filters with 11 different filter characteristics; a delay effects section with 2 delay units and 2 extra multimode filters in the feedback loop; an uncluttered interface that only displays the components that are actually in use; a drag-and-drop modulation system; over 1,600 factory presets; and much more.
