Total Control Audio has announced 41 new collections of ACIDized multitrack and stereo drum loops played by Ron Wikso, drummer for Foreigner, David Lee Roth, Richie Sambora, Cher and others. Instead of typical 1- or 2-bar loops, Total Control Audio furnishes 4-bar loops to retain the human feel and groove of actual performances.
Each multitrack drum loop supplies 13 tracks (kick interior, kick exterior, snare top, snare bottom, snare rim, toms 1, 2 & 3, overheads L&R, hi-hat, room mics L&R). The stereo loops are mixed versions of the multitrack loops, each conservatively mixed to fit into a wide variety of songs. All loops were recorded with the same drum kit, same drummer and same mics to ensure that they’re seamlessly interchangeable from one loop set to the next.
Styles include modern rock, classic rock, metal, pop, punk, hip-hop, Latin rock and jazz. Tempos range from 61 to 176 bpm. Each of the 41 loop collections is available for immediate download from Total Control Audio.
