SSL X-Desk

The X-Desk is a versatile, portable, high-quality compact mixing desk that combines a 16-channel SSL SuperAnalogue™ summing mixer with a compact analog audio hub for the studio. The board features 100mm faders, professionally featured artist and studio monitoring with Dim and Cut buttons, as well as stereo and mono aux sends, channel and master bus inserts, and accurate bar-graph level metering.

X-Desk comes with rack ears for standard 19-inch rack-mounting (X-Desk is 7U). It is extremely robust, with an all-metal chassis and high-quality controls and components. Several X-Desks or X-Desk and X-Racks can be cascaded via D-sub connection to expand up to 150 inputs on mixdown.

X-Desk will be available beginning in May 2009 with an MSRP of $2,899.
