SoundTech Professional Audio has announced the LightSnake USB MIDI ($79.99; Mac/Win), a MIDI-to-computer cable featuring SoundTech’s “Live when Lit” cable ends that glow when properly connected.
The LightSnake USB MIDI cable connects with any standard MIDI instrument or controller and plugs directly into a computer's USB port. The cable provides MIDI I/O, allowing your computer to control and communicate with a range of musical gear.
The ten-foot long shielded cable comes with a Sony Media Software Demo DVD and is compatible with Windows 2000/XP/Vista and Mac OS X 10.2 and later.
