ReMote 25 SL Compact
The ReMote SL Compact is the latest MIDI controller keyboard from Novation. With Automap Universal software, the controller provides control over major sequencers and automatable plug-ins.
Unique to the SL range, Automap Universal software allows sequencer controls to be automatically mapped to the SL Compact as soon as the sequencer boots up. It also allows all VST or AU parameters to be assigned as soon as a plug-in opens. In addition, it offers MIDI Learn for custom-assigning.
In Automap Universal mode, the number of controls is unlimited. In Manual Template mode, the encoders and buttons with LEDs combine with 8 Group select switches to provide 64 different assignable parameters. Eight large, Velocity-sensitive trigger pads are also available.
ReMote 49 SL Compact
The semi-weighted keyboard comes with Aftertouch and has either 25 keys (2 octaves) or 49 keys (4 octaves). On its face are dedicated transport controls, assignable pitch/mod wheels, USB bus powering, and a large screen. The ReMote SL Compact ships with Novation’s new Xcite+ bundle, which features a host of software solutions, including Ableton Live Lite 6.
