July 2003, “Review: Analogue Solutions Black Coffee analog synth module,” p. 122. The review incorrectly states that the module offers “an LFO with sawtooth and square waveforms.” In fact, the Black Coffee's LFO offers triangle and square waves.
August 2003, “Production Values: The Groove Is Out There,” p. 36. There is a factual error in the sidebar “Chris Vrenna: A Selected Discography.” The Nine Inch Nails track “Perfect Drug” actually appears on the Lost Highway soundtrack (Nothing/Interscope, 1997).
