Wizoo, the developer of Steinberg’s Hypersonic virtual music workstation, has unveiled three additional software instruments, called Hyper Modules, for the product.

The US-1 Ultra Synth features analog-style waveforms, wavetable synthesis, Sync and Unison modes, a multimode filter with modulation, three envelopes, three LFOs, a modulation matrix, an editor, and 256 patches created by professional sound designers.

GP-2 Grand Pianos offers two virtual grand pianos with adjustable timbre and Velocity curves. Each piano comes in three sizes to strike a balance between maximum sound quality and minimal RAM requirements.

NB-3 Tonewheel Organ offers nine drawbars, various tonewheel emulations, adjustable key click, and a virtual variable-speed rotary cabinet with tube-style overdrive. The NB-3’s 64 presets were created by Peter Gorges.

More information and audio examples of the US-1 Ultra Synth, GP-2 Grand Pianos, and NB-3 Tonewheel Organ can be found at wizoo.com (http://www.wizoo.com)
