Rick DiFonzo, President of Discrete Drums Inc. says, “Most people today are working in a vacuum, doing everything themselves. The problem with this approach is that no one can do it all well, and even if you come close, your music will always benefit from a different perspective, a different human getting his hands on it. Our players and engineers have a great deal of experience in a collaborative studio environment. A new idea, a different playing style, a great mix, these are the things we can provide.”

Musicians can also apply to become i-Studio artists. Says DiFonzo, “There are a lot of great players out there who have never gotten a break, and who have trouble getting enough work to sustain themselves. These less experienced players can find work here, and enable us to provide lower cost sessions.”
