Just order and register a Standard Library Package to get your choice of Extended Library. The number of free Extended Libraries you receive depends on which Package you buy. With Strings Package, Winds Package, and Keyboards Package, you get one free Extended Library; with Symphonic Cube, you get two; and with Vienna Super Package, you get three.
