Vox has announced the AD100VT 100W Valvetronix amp head, which includes Valve Reactor circuitry that models tube-amp sounds. The amp includes 11 amp models, 11 effects, and 11 preset programs. Csosmetically, the AD100VT maintains the traditional Vox look with a silver metal grille and chicken-head knobs.

The amp has two editable channels (programs), for saving amp and effects combination settings; a Presence control; and a Tap button for setting delay time or modulation speed. The FX bypass button lets you turn the effects on or off in any mode. A built-in line/headphone jack is included for direct recording or practice, as well as an effect-loop jack for connecting external effect processors. Two external speaker output jacks are also on the amp. You can set the output power of the amp from 1W to 100W, allowing the Valve Reactor to be saturated at any sound level.

An optional VFS2 dual footswitch is also available. The first footswitch toggles between user programs (CH1 and CH2) and the second switch is an effects bypass. Alternatively, the second footswitch can activate Manual mode for hands-free switching between three sounds (two user and one manual setting) during live performance. The V412BK 4x12 speaker cabinet complements the AD100VTH. The cabinet has authentic Vox speakers and black grille cloth to match any rig. For more information, visit Valvetronix.com.
