Sonivox has announced Anatomy ($219), a new sound library based on the human form, for use with Native Instruments Kontakt 2 and Kontakt 3.

The library has more than 800 instruments that are organized into two categories—Man (organic sounds) and Machine (cinematic sounds and effects). Both Anatomy categories include vocal pads and leads, drum kits, body percussion (claps, snaps, heartbeats, and so forth), foley and effects, and choirs.

You can try out several free, fully-functioning Kontakt-format instruments and hear MP3 demos at www.sonivoxmi.com.
