Manytone has released a new version of ManyBass (Mac/Win; $119.95). The sample-based bass synthesizer, which is available in VSTi formats for Macs and PCs, now offers disk-streaming. Current ManyBass users can get the update for free. Visit www.manytone.com to download a free demo version. While you're there, you can also check out ManyGuitar, which is now available in Mac AU and VSTi formats.
The company has also announced a new Web site, www.manybass.com, which offers tutorials, add-on soundsets, and other resources for registered ManyBass users.
