EastWest is shipping Quantum Leap Pianos (€339), a large collection of grand piano sounds recorded from a Bechstein D-280 Concert Grand, a Steinway D Concert Grand, a Bösendorfer 290 Concert Grand, and a Yamaha C7.
The 270 GB piano library features 24-bit, 44.1 kHz quality sounds, 3 microphone positions per piano, 10 to 16 Velocities per note (and again in soft pedal, sustain pedal, and soft sustain), and 16 staccato Velocities.
