American ribbon microphone manufacturer Crowley and Tripp is introducing a new type of ribbon microphone at the 123rd AES Convention in New York City. The microphone, to be known as "el Diablo," is the first use of Crowley and Tripp's proprietary Roswellite advanced material as the ribbon element in the microphones. The new el Diablo will begin shipping this month, and will be available through all Crowley and Tripp distribution channels, including Mercenary Audio.

Pricing will be announced at a later time; find out more at www.soundwaveresearch.com.
