Camel Audio Releases Starscape Sounds for Absynth and Biolabs Sounds for Massive

Camel Audio has announced two new releases: Starscape Absynth Sounds for Native Instruments Absynth 4, and Biolabs Massive Sounds for Native Instruments Massive.

Starscape Absynth Sounds (Mac/Win; $99) is a collection of 250 presets designed by Tim Conrardy, which feature evolving textures, "alien" ethnic instruments, intricate rhythms, "spacial" basses and leads, and otherworldly sound effects. These patches have a number of assigned performance controls for easy tweaking. The library includes 230 MB of sample content, with circuit bent devices, vocal and vocoder experiments, analog modular systems, acoustic instruments, and field recordings.

Check out the demo version, which is comprised of 20 free presets with mono samples. Biolabs Absynth Sounds volumes 1–3 and 4–6 can be purchased at half price if ordered at the same time.

Biolabs Massive Retaliations (Mac/Win; $69) is a collection of 200 flexible patches designed by Hollywood sound designer Biomechanoid. The sounds cover the full capabilities of Massive's basses, pads, leads, rhythms, crazy effects, and evolving atmospheres. The presets are suited to a wide variety of styles from ambient and drum and bass to electronica and soundtrack. Each patch features a full compliment of macro controls, together with other modulators such as Velocity and Aftertouch.

The demo version offers 20 fully functional presets. Biolabs Absynth Sounds volumes 1–3 and 4–6 can be purchased at half price if ordered at the same time.
