Audio-Technica is offering two new Midnight Blues drum mic packs. The MB/Dk4 ($199) Drum Pack features three Midnight Blues MB 5k snare/tom microphones, one MB 6k kick-drum mic, and three AT8665 drum mic mounts. The MB/Dk6 ($449) pack includes two MB 4k overhead/hi-hat mics, three MB 5k snare/tom mics, one MB 6k kick-drum microphone, and three AT8665 mic mounts. Both drum packs are backed by Audio-Technica's five-year limited warranty.

The MB 5k cardioid dynamic microphone feature durable all-metal construction and a low-profile percussion-style design. It has a frequency response of 100 Hz to 12 kHz, a sensitivity of -58 dB (I.2 mV), 500 ohm impedance, and a corrosion-resistant gold-plated XLRM-type connector.

The MB 6k cardioid dynamic kick-drum mic has a frequency response of 60 Hz to 12 kHz, a sensitivity of -59 dB (1.1 mV), and a corrosion-resistant gold-plated XLRM-type connector.

The MB/Dk4 cardioid condenser mic features a frequency response of 80 Hz to 20 kHz, a sensitivity of -46 dB (5.0 mV), an on/off switch, battery/phantom operation, and comes with the AT8405a stand clamp. For more information, click here.
