Arturia has announced version 2.2 of Analog Factory software. This free update is available for all registered owners and features a number of improvements and bug fixes.
Analog Factory 2.2 (Mac/Win) now offers better management of the key parameters (four LCDs display the parameter controlled by the “Key parameter” knobs); a new set of performance parameters, with some accessible for each sound, the pitch-bend range, the polyphony number, the polyphony mode, the size of a step in a sequence, and the MIDI synchronization on the LFO; improved Modulation Wheel support; and compatibility with Apple Logic and other AU hosts (when using the Mac Power PC version).
Bug fixes include the following: there are no more issues when running in Digidesign Pro Tools on Mac OS X Leopard; when using the Analog Factory Experience keyboard with a host and a current preset is changed the virtual knobs no longer keep their previous value; audible steps when stepping filters have been removed; in Mac OS X, the Menu bar has been moved to where it should be at the top of the screen; and it no longer crashes in Logic or Ableton Live 6 or 7.
