Arturia is shipping Analog Factory 2.0 (Mac/Win; $249). Free for registered users, the updated version includes a number of bug fixes and other improvements.
Analog Factory's new features include 3,500 sounds (instead of 2,000), Jupiter-8V presets, and better effects management. It's also VST 2.4- and Steinberg Cubase 4-ready.
With the bug fixes come improved preset switching and loading time; no hanging notes when used within a sequencer; an updated preset database; an improved Minimoog engine (on Intel Macs, preset parameters don't go out of range and cause bad sounds anymore); better GUI; and automatically saved preferences.
Analog Factory 2.0 is available as a standalone VST and in Universal Binary, AU, and RTAS formats. For more information, visit www.arturia.com.
