EZplayer Free (Mactel/Win) is a new MIDI bridge and drum-sampler wrapper from Toontrack Music.
Available to all registered Toontrack users, EZplayer Free features the same MIDI-handling capabilities featured in Toontrack EZdrummer. The application organizes and converts MIDI files to the mapping of supported drum samplers, provides dfh Superior users with access to MIDI content and functionality, and supports drag-and-drop operation in all major hosts.
EZplayer Free is a prelude to the enhanced functionality of EZplayer, due for release this spring. Both will be available in VST, RTAS, and AU formats. More information about EZplayer Free is available here.
