PreSonus Audio has announced that the FirePod FireWire recording system, previously priced at $799.95, is now $399.
The FirePod (Mac/Win) has 10 inputs, 10 outputs, 8 Class-A XMAX preamplifiers, and MIDI and S/PIDF inputs and outputs. The recording system also comes with the ProPak Software Suite featuring Steinberg Cubase LE and over 2 GB of plug-ins, drum loops, and samples.
