Big Fish Audio has announced Ueberschall's release of Ambient Works ($119.95), a plug-in designed to provide ambient textures for film, commercials, documentaries, and other media projects.
This 1.8 GB plug-in offers 90 loops and samples in 24 construction kits that can be customized by adjusting each kit's individual layers. According to the manufacturer, you can tweak each layer's pitch and tempo in real time, adjust each note within a sample, import layers from different kits, lock tempos to host sequencer, and more.
You can also assemble your own creations by mixing and matching material from any of the kits. Mix and match sound samples of analog-enriched pads, stringed timbres, organic atmospheres, atmospheres, bells, nature, and percussion.
